ClipSpark sells digital products only.
No physical item will be shipped.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Payment must be completed before access to digital products is provided.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders when necessary, including suspected fraud or payment issues.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital files or download links are provided after successful payment.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and downloading their files after purchase.

LICENSE AND USAGE
Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use the files according to the license included with the product.

REFUNDS
Because our products are digital and can be accessed immediately, refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are generally not accepted after files have been delivered or accessed.
If you receive the wrong file, a corrupted file, or experience a technical issue, please contact us so we can help resolve the problem.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under local law.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
