What do I receive?

You receive the digital files listed on the product page. Clipart sets are commonly provided as high-resolution PNG files, often with transparent backgrounds.

Will anything be shipped?

No. ClipSpark products are digital downloads unless a listing clearly states otherwise.

How do I receive my files?

After payment is confirmed, your order provides access to the downloadable files through Shopify Digital Products. Larger collections may be supplied in ZIP folders.

How do I open a ZIP file?

Download the ZIP to your device first, then extract it using your computer’s built-in extraction tool or the Files app on a compatible mobile device.

Why does a transparent PNG look black, white, or checkered?

Some preview apps display transparency using a solid color or checkerboard. This does not necessarily mean the image has a background.

Can I use ClipSpark artwork commercially?

Yes, when your use follows the Commercial License and any product-specific terms.

Can I resell the original files?

No. Original digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or offered as standalone downloads.

Do you offer custom clipart?

Custom work may be available. Contact us with your theme, image count, intended use, and preferred style.

What if my download does not work?

Contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the error. Large bundles are often easier to download on a computer than to preview inside an email app or mobile browser.
