Refund Policy – Digital Products
All products sold by ClipSpark are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the digital files or download links have been delivered or accessed.
However, please contact us if:
- You received the wrong files.
- A file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- A download link is not working.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- There is another technical problem with your order.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide replacement files, a new download link, technical assistance, or a refund.

Digital Product Notice
Please review the product description, file format, number of files, compatibility information, dimensions, and license terms carefully before purchasing.
Due to the nature of digital products, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available after the files have been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
European Union Customers
Customers in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, this right may no longer apply once the download or access begins, provided that the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
