Digital Delivery & File Information
ClipSpark sells digital creative products. No physical item is shipped unless a product page specifically says otherwise.
Delivery
After successful payment confirmation, eligible purchases are delivered through Shopify Digital Products. You will receive access to the file or files attached to your order.
File formats
Each product page lists the included formats. Clipart collections may include PNG, JPG, PDF, or ZIP files. Do not assume a format is included unless it is listed on the product page.
Large downloads
Large clipart bundles are commonly packaged as ZIP files. For the most reliable experience, download large files to a computer before extracting them.
Software compatibility
Please confirm that your device or software supports the listed file type before purchasing. ClipSpark cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party app, printer, cutting machine, or design program.
Transparent backgrounds
When a product is described as transparent PNG, transparency is stored in the PNG file. Some preview applications display transparent areas as white, black, or checkered.
Keep a backup
After downloading your purchase, keep a secure backup copy of the original files for your records.
