By purchasing, downloading, or using ClipSpark digital products, you agree to the terms on the applicable product page and the ClipSpark Commercial License.
Digital products
Products are delivered electronically unless the product page clearly states otherwise. You are responsible for checking file formats and software compatibility before purchase.
Intellectual property
Purchasing a product gives you a license to use the files under the stated terms; it does not transfer ownership of the original artwork or source files.
Prohibited redistribution
Original files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, uploaded to asset libraries, or made available as standalone downloads.
Product information
Preview images may be shown in mockups or examples. The downloadable files and specifications are those stated on the individual product page.

If you experience a technical issue with a purchase, contact ClipSpark and provide enough information for us to identify the order and problem.
These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
