Digital Product Refund Policy
ClipSpark sells digital products. Because downloadable files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
Please contact us if you receive the wrong file, a corrupted file, a duplicate order, or a technical problem that prevents reasonable access to your purchase. We will first try to correct the issue by replacing or restoring access to the files.
If a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable consumer law, those rights remain unaffected.
