How to download your ClipSpark files
- Open your order: Use the download access provided after payment confirmation.
- Download before previewing: Large ZIP files may not preview correctly inside Gmail, Google Drive, or some mobile browsers.
- Save the full ZIP: Download the entire ZIP file to your device before extracting it.
- Extract the ZIP: On Windows or macOS, use the built-in Extract/Unzip option. On many phones and tablets, use the Files app or another compatible archive tool.
- Check your PNGs: Transparent files may appear with a white, black, or checkerboard preview depending on the app.

Try a computer and a stable internet connection for large bundles. If the issue continues, contact ClipSpark with your order number and a screenshot of the error message.
